These Terms govern your purchase and use of a custom song from Perfect Song ("we", "us"), operated at adoru.app. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. What you order

Prices are in US dollars and include all applicable taxes. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.

2. Delivery

We deliver to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive your song within the stated window, email hello@adoru.app with your order reference (format PS-XXXXX) and we will investigate within one business day.

3. Revisions

Each order includes one complimentary revision round. If the first draft misses something you described in the brief, reply to the delivery email within 7 days and we will produce a revised version at no charge. Revisions beyond that, or fundamental changes (different recipient, different song style), may be quoted as a new order.

4. Refund policy

We back every order with a 100% money-back guarantee. If the final song (including one revision round) does not land for you, email us within 14 days of delivery and we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. No questions asked.

Because songs go into production quickly, cancellations before delivery are subject to the following:

We reserve the right to refuse (and fully refund) any order that asks us to create content we consider:

7. AI-assisted production

Our songwriters and producers may use AI tools (for demo sketches, instrumental layers, vocal assistance) as part of production. The finished song is reviewed and finalised by human artists. The deliverable is a human-approved original work.

8. Privacy

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. You consent to that Policy when placing an order.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or personal injury.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Perfect Song operator is established. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or United Kingdom, the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence continue to apply and are not overridden by this clause.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Updates apply only to orders placed after the effective date of the change; your existing order is governed by the Terms in effect when you placed it.
